GROUP VISIT STATEMENT OF EXPECTATIONS
  • Plan to arrive as close to your scheduled group tour time as possible. If your group is more than 15 minutes late, we may have to change or shorten your tour. Notify us as soon as possible if your group needs to cancel or requires any schedule adjustments.
  • A minimum of one chaperone is needed for every 15 students. Chaperones must remain with the group and actively supervise students at all times, including during the guided tour.
  • Group leaders must ensure all students are respectful toward our student ambassadors, university students, and staff. It is not the responsibility of our tour guides or admissions staff to control the behavior of visiting students. If a group becomes unruly or disrespectful (e.g., excessive talking, interrupting, rowdiness, or lagging behind), the tour will end immediately. Please inform your students of these expectations before.
  •  Please communicate any accessibility or accommodation requests to our team well in advance of your visit.
  • Your visit will include substantial walking (up to two miles) as part of the guided tour. All participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and shoes appropriate for walking and the weather.

By requesting a group visit, you agree to the Group Visit Statement of Expectations.
